XTRF™ Translation Management Systems is a brand that was developed by LIDO-LANG Technical Translations. In 2004, the LIDO-LANG Board of Directors decided to establish a comprehensive and efficient system of translation agency management. It quickly became clear that there was a strong demand on the market for this type of tool, and this in turn led to the start of work on further product development. An experienced team of IT specialists of the European Institute of Information Technology and EUTECert Certification managed the making of the system.

It was in this way that a complete and professional tool to manage a translation agency, which is currently enjoyed by dozens of companies worldwide, was created. XTRF™ assists the organisation of translation agency work in the following three areas:

• management and administration of all the office activities,
• workflow and production process coordination,
• translation process management (integration with CAT tools).

Currently, the system is available in three basic versions:

XTRF™ Professional - designed for small translation agencies or companies who are just beginning their business activity.

XTRF™ Enterprise - designed for medium and large translation agencies seeking to automate and streamline all areas of company activity.

XTRF™-TM - an integrated product combining a system for agency management and a CAT tool, which is designed for large translation companies and translation departments in corporations in every sector of economic activity.

The owner of the XTRF brand remains LIDO-LANG Technical Translations, which in its activities is guided by the principle of maintaining the highest quality and in-depth understanding of customer needs.
