TMS Inspiration Days Presents Other Lectures

TMS Inspiration Days is an international conference in the translation and localisation market. Its third edition is scheduled to take place in April 19-20 in Cracow, Poland. A few weeks ago, the event organisers were announcing the first issues on the agenda, whereas today new presentations have appeared on the list. They include: “From Crystal Ball to Reliable: Sales Pipeline Management”, “Improving the Economics of Recruiting and Quality Assessment”, and “What is Integration and How Does it Work? The Integration of XTRF with MemoQ and XTM”.


So far, the conference programme has comprised the following lectures: “Keynote: Overview of Translation Technology” (Ben Sargent, Common Sense Advisory), “Implementation of Machine Translation – Case Study of Pangeanic” (Manuel Herranz, Pangeanic), andSelling in America” (Renato Beninatto, Selling in America).


In the framework of the business thread, the lecture “From Crystal Ball to Reliable: Sales Pipeline Management” will also be held. It will present methods and tools for the creation of efficient and reliable sales channels and the specifying of sales performance efficiency forecasts. The lecture will be held by the Managing Director of Localization Sales & Marketing, Jessica Rathke, who has offered sales and marketing consulting services to the largest translation and localisation companies for over twenty years.


Thomas Vysokos from Technolex Translation Studio will present a lecture entitled “Improving the Economics of Recruiting and Quality Assessment”. The subject of the presentation encompasses the automation of the recruitment process, creation of measurable work quality assessment methods, and the motivational systems applied.


The session entitled “What is Integration and How Does it Work? The Integration of XTRF with MemoQ and XTM” is intended for specialists from IT departments and will be held as a part of the IT thread.


The TMS Inspiration Days conference is being held for the third time. The previous edition gathered representatives of the translation sector from 20 European and North American countries. The event is organised by XTRF Management Systems Ltd. and LIDO-LANG Technical Translations.
