Project Management Workshop - Bob Donaldson

Date: Saturday, April 21

Hours: from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m.

As Dilbert’s manager says, “Anything I don’t understand is easy”. And based on the commonly held view that a project manager’s job is easy, it follows that the job is poorly understood. Meanwhile, project managers find themselves over-worked, under-appreciated and often first in line when blame is being allocated. How has it come to this? And more importantly, what can individuals and organizations do to equip project managers and improve overall project performance?

logoCarson Strategy Group has developed this workshop to address that need. It is a practical and pragmatic approach based on over 20 years of software development, localization and systems integration project management. Full of real-world examples and problem-solving exercises, the focus is on the goal of project management, not the details of any particular process or tool. It is appropriate for all levels, but those with some practical experience and exposure to common tools and methodologies will benefit most. The workshop will be held by Bob Donaldson.
