Conference registration closes on 12 April 2012.  All Prices are included 23% VAT

The price is exclusive of accommodation.
In the case of a cancellation by a participant, we refund the conference fee less the handling fee of 50 €. In the case of a cancellation after 12 April 2012, we will not refund the conference fee.

Terms of Privacy Policy

All Company or Personal data input during the registration process shall be used only for communication purposes as well as networking purposes during the Inspiration Days Conference.

Inspiration Days Conference Organizer shall not have access to any confidential data required to make payments such as:

• Participants' Credit Card Number, expiry date, personal data on the card,
• PIN of the Credit Card,

Therefore, no confidential data related to the payment shall be stored, processed nor used for any purpose.

The Inspiration Days Conference organizer shall only notify the status of payment, and the amount in its database with no further information.

Terms of Payment:

• LIDO-LANG Technical Translations (Biuro Tłumaczeń Technicznych LIDO-LANG sp.j. Andrzej, Barbara, Jerzy NEDOMA) with its registered seat at: ul. Kamieńskiego 51, 30-644 Kraków, Poland, EUVAT Reg. No: PL679-279-39-75 is a co-organizer of the TMS Inspiration Days Conference, responsible for managing the payment procedure,
• Payment by credit card and e-transfer is operated by DotPay,
• To perform the on-line payment procedure, the registration in conference system is necessary,
• As the payment is completed, client will receive a confirmation e-mail and the respective invoice.
